Yes. We email a production proof and press nothing until you approve it. If it is a gift, the proof goes to you and never to the recipient.

We make fifty boards to a batch, each reserved before it exists and made to order. That is why places are limited rather than stock. Every board is $249, personalisation included.

If it arrives damaged, faulty or different from the proof you approved, we replace or refund it at our cost. Because each board is pressed with characters you chose, personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind — the full position is here.
