When you order: your name, email, delivery address, the characters you asked us to press, and your order history. Our payment provider processes your card; we receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits.

When you subscribe: your email address.

When you browse: aggregate analytics such as pages viewed, approximate country, referring site and device type. We do not build advertising profiles on our own site. If you allow advertising cookies, privacy-masked session replay helps us find usability issues, and Meta receives page and checkout events so we can measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or order.

Order data: to perform our contract with you. Email marketing: your consent, withdrawable at any time from any message we send. Analytics and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in a working, secure shop. Session replay and advertising measurement: your consent, which you can refuse without affecting the site or checkout.

Hosting and analytics, our commerce and payment providers, our email provider, and our shipping carriers. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Some are outside the EEA, in which case transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Analytics in aggregate only.

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. We answer within one month. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your national supervisory authority; in Lithuania that is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

We use what is strictly necessary to run the site and remember your basket. Optional analytics, masked session replay and Meta advertising cookies load only after you choose Allow. If you choose Decline, they do not load. Form inputs are masked in recordings. You can clear your choice at any time by using Cookie settings in the footer. Choices are requested again after six months. We pass the same decision to Shopify so it is respected at checkout, and we honor supported Global Privacy Control signals for advertising sharing.
