The Den Board Co. is a trading name of MB Viliaus gamyba, a Mažoji bendrija (small partnership), Republic of Lithuania, registration code TODO — registration code, registered at TODO — registered address, Lithuania. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your order confirmation by email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the personalisation cannot be produced, or payment is not authorised.

Boards are made to order in numbered batches. Your board number is assigned when your order is confirmed and is not transferable.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the characters you submit, including spelling and the order of initials. Before anything is pressed we email you a production proof. Once you approve that proof, or if you do not respond within seven days, we press as shown.

We may decline personalisation that is unlawful, infringes a third party’s rights, or is obscene, and will refund such orders in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include our personalisation. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Import duties or taxes charged on delivery, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Batch pricing applies to the batch stated at the time of your order. Time-limited offers apply only to orders placed before the closing date shown on the site.

Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for detail.

Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected by anything in these terms. Because each board is made to your specification, the right to cancel does not apply to personalised items. Our Returns page sets out exactly what is and is not covered.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
