Shipping

Allow two to four weeks from order to doorstep. That covers making the board, pressing your personalisation, the proof you approve, final inspection and transit. If anything will take materially longer we email you rather than letting the date slide quietly.

Delivery within the United States is included in the price and fully tracked. We ship elsewhere on request; write to us for a quote before ordering.

Orders may cross a customs border. Any import duty, VAT or handling charge raised on delivery is set by the destination country and is payable by the recipient. We cannot predict or refund these.

Check your address carefully: once a board ships we cannot redirect it. If it is a gift, tell us at checkout and we will send the production proof to you and never to the recipient, and leave prices out of the box.

Tracking sometimes stalls before it moves again. If your parcel has not moved for seven days, email us and we will chase the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, remake your board at our cost.
